These terms apply when you use the NichiMichi website or buy from us. Please read them with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

NichiMichi Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17219894. Registered office: 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. Email: nichimichiltd@outlook.com. "We", "us" and "NichiMichi" mean NichiMichi Ltd. "You" means the customer.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or over to order. By ordering, you confirm you are.

Products

We sell sports supplements, sports nutrition, wellness products, drinks, snacks and accessories from established brands.

• Read the label. Always read the product label and directions before use, and don't exceed the stated dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
• Health conditions. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before using supplements.
• Ingredients and allergens are shown on each product page before you buy. Manufacturers occasionally change recipes, so the label on the product you receive always takes priority.
• Pack sizes. The price is for the pack shown. Where a product is listed as a multipack or case (for example 12 x 500ml), you receive the whole pack.
• Images. Where a product comes in several flavours, the image may show one flavour. You receive the flavour you select.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery is shown at checkout, and the total at checkout is what you pay.

If we spot an obvious pricing error after you order, we'll contact you and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the wallets offered there.

How the contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges it. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch.

We may decline an order (and refund you in full) if payment can't be verified, we suspect fraud, an item is out of stock, there's an obvious pricing or description error, or we can't deliver to your address.

Delivery

See our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave.

Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no unlawful use, no attempts to access restricted areas or interfere with security, and no bots or scrapers to harvest data or place orders. Site content belongs to NichiMichi Ltd or its licensors. Brand names and product images belong to their respective owners.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under UK law, including your statutory rights.

Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable to both of us when you ordered.

Events outside our control

We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, severe weather or supplier shortages. If this affects your order, we'll tell you and offer a new date or a full refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in your local courts if you live in Scotland.
