Where we deliver

We deliver to mainland Great Britain: England, Wales and mainland Scotland.

We can't currently deliver to Northern Ireland, BFPO addresses, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

Some addresses in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Wight and other offshore islands may be outside our courier's mainland service. If we can't deliver to your address, we'll tell you and refund you in full before anything is sent.

Delivery cost

• £4.99 on orders under £50.
• Free on orders of £50 or more (after any discounts).

The delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

When your order is sent

• Orders placed by 4pm, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same working day.
• Orders placed after 4pm, at weekends or on bank holidays (England and Wales) are usually dispatched the next working day.
• Orders travel by DPD Next Day, for delivery on the next working day after dispatch.

Delivery dates and the 4pm cut-off are estimates and are not guaranteed. Stock checks, courier capacity, weather and busy periods can occasionally cause delays.

Where your order comes from

Your order is packed and sent directly from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in the UK. The parcel includes a packing slip in the NichiMichi name.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we email you a DPD tracking link. DPD may also contact you by email or text about your delivery slot, using the details you gave at checkout.

Changing or cancelling an order

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't left the warehouse, we'll try to change or cancel it, but we can't guarantee this once packing has started.

If it has already been sent, you can still cancel under your 14-day right. See our Refund Policy.

Late or missing parcels

1. Check your DPD tracking link, any safe place and your neighbours.
2. If your parcel still hasn't arrived 2 working days after the expected date, email us with your order number and we'll chase it with DPD.
3. If your order hasn't been delivered within 30 days of your order date, you can cancel it and get a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

Please email us as soon as you can, ideally within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and photos. We'll put it right at no cost to you. This doesn't limit your statutory rights.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll try to update it before dispatch. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange a refund for the products or a second delivery (charged at £4.99).

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
