1. Cancelling before dispatch

If you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund everything you paid, including delivery, within 14 days.

2. Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.

To cancel, email nichimichiltd@outlook.com with your order number and a clear statement that you want to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

3. Opened food and supplement products

Supplements, sports nutrition and other food products are sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons. Once the seal or tamper seal has been broken after delivery, they can't be returned under the 14-day right.

Unopened products with seals intact can be returned within the 14 days. This exception never applies to faulty items (see section 4).

4. Faulty, damaged, wrong or not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

• Within 30 days of delivery, you can reject faulty items for a full refund.
• After 30 days, you're entitled to a repair or replacement, or a refund if that isn't possible.

For faulty, damaged, wrong or not-as-described items, we cover return postage and refund the item price plus the original delivery charge. Please email us with your order number and photos.

5. Condition of returns

Change-of-mind returns should be unopened, in their original packaging, with all seals intact. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what's needed to check the item, as allowed by Regulation 34(9) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We'll explain any reduction in writing, with photos.

6. Return postage and delivery charges

• Change of mind: you pay return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as items lost in the post can't be refunded.
• Whole order returned within 14 days: we refund the delivery charge you paid.
• Part of an order returned: the delivery charge isn't refunded.
• Faulty, damaged or wrong items: we cover all postage.

7. How to start a return

Email nichimichiltd@outlook.com with:

• your order number
• the item(s) you're returning
• the reason (photos if faulty, damaged or wrong)

We'll reply with the return address. Please wait for our reply before posting, so your return goes to the right place.

8. When you get your money back

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of the earlier of: (a) the day we receive your return, or (b) the day you send us proof of postage. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

9. Your statutory rights

This policy doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or any other UK consumer law.
